flair button tutorial

step-2: find a picture that you will want to make your flair button out of. I chose a hollister shirt.
step-3:open up the picture that you chose. resize the picture anywhere from 125px-200 px. I resized mine to 150 px.screenshot here
step-4: Now on your blank document choose your circle brush and make it 100px. You can choose white or black. I chose white.screenshot here
finak step: right click on the layer and choose the pattern you saved.click belevel and emboss and match it to the settings in the screenshot.screenshot here Add a dropshadow and your done!! here is the final product...
